Senior Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:

·         Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of junior network engineers.

·         Provide guidance and support to ensure successful project implementation.

Project Implementation:

·         Oversee and support the implementation of network projects according to customer orders and network infrastructure requirements.

·         Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Tender Requirements and SA&D:

·         Discuss and review tender requirements with stakeholders.

·         Design and develop Solution Architecture & Design (SA&D) documents.

Incident Analysis and Recovery:

·         Conduct thorough incident analysis to identify root causes.

·         Develop and execute comprehensive recovery action plans to mitigate network issues.

Ad-hoc Duties:

·         Handle additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by supervisors.

·         Adapt to dynamic work requirements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

·         Minimum of 5 years of experience in networking.

·         Possession of certifications from Cisco, Huawei, or Juniper is preferable.

·         Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

·         Proficient in network design, implementation, and troubleshooting.

·         Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

·         Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
