ITCS Group introduced Talent Management and L&D Strategies at HRM Conference 2022

On 24 June 2022, the HR Magazine successfully held a full-day HR Conference at Regal Hongkong Hotel. More than 170 HR and L&D professionals have attended the event under the theme “L&Dership Cultivating Tomorrow’s Talent” to help HR leaders play a crucial role in their organization to develop effective talent management strategies.

This conference focused on the future of L&D in the new world of work, offering expert insights on harnessing emerging L&D technology, interpreting L&D data and metrics, and building a strong learning culture in the workplace. The event bought together high-profile HR professionals in the L&D field from different industries in Hong Kong to share their expertise.
