Country Head, Service Delivery (Perm, insurance company)

This Head of Service Delivery will act as the key player manage the Group level IT services delivered to local offices. You will engage with senior executives to manage the service delivery and governance on areas such as improvement plans coordination, legal & SoW matters, Incidents escalations, governance meetings and financial related issues. This position will also be required to communicate with senior managements from different regions. You will also act as an IT Country Manager to oversee the IT planning including technology transformation, budget management, business plans development.

To be successful in this position, you should have at least 10 years of experience in Service Delivery in a large scale multicultural environment. This candidate should also possess proven experience in engaging with senior stakeholders such as C-Suite executives, Directors. As a IT Country Head, you should have solid experience in budget management, transformation management, programmer management and people management. To drive the strategy initiatives, you should be willing to adopt up-to-date technologies and able to apply on the business level.
