Solution
Our group delivered daily voice operation support for all BAU operation matters and monitored and troubleshot Voice Systems issues, including Cisco, BT Trader voice, Speakerbus, Voice Recording. We planned, raised, and implemented changes as part of system requirements or requests and managed incident management processes.
Along with maintaining voice systems, we handled all communications with voice maintenance vendors carriers for installation, troubleshooting, and service quality. We also managed circuits and equipment inventory, including device registration, to the asset management system.
