Solution
Our group provided hardware support for network, servers, storage and Bank owned hardware and support services regionally managed by the DC Management team within the Bank. We drove the media eradication and disposal process and the installation or upgrade of hardware servers.
Our team also administered all kinds of management, including equipment, asset, reporting, and access management. We also assisted with the basic defect testing and analysis of hardware issues, including power cycle and simple parts replacement, and acted as the Bank representative to escort another vendor/supplier requiring access to the data center.
