His leadership and management skills are based on industry leading standards, including PMI and Six Sigma, ensuring effective process, governance and control across the ITCS Group.

Both technically knowledgeable and commercially astute, Daniel is renowned across the industry for developing pioneering business concepts, leading forward thinking change initiatives and developing successful IT outsourcing teams for clients. Prior to joining the ITCS Group, Daniel spent over 10 years as a senior consultant, advising Tier 1 Investment Banks across Frankfurt, London, Tokyo and Hong Kong, on major IT Programs.

Brett has been working in the Recruitment Industry in the UK, Europe, MENA and Asia Pacific Regions for over 20 years, and brings a broad experience of Recruitment, Business Development, Consulting and Commercial Management to the ITCS Group. Having held a number of Senior Roles within International Recruitment Companies, he has been responsible for the exponential growth of contract, managed service and consultancy departments to service requirements for Global Financial Clients & International Consultancies. His expertise in building client relationships and providing exceptional service to clients is renowned throughout the industry and provides an excellent fit within the ITCS Group philosophy.

Winnie was appointed as Head of HR and Operations in 2016 and oversees the HR and Operations functions of the global offices, including compensation and benefits, onboarding and exiting, CSR, compliance and corporate governance. Winnie is instrumental in facilitating the synergy creation between talents from different departments to support the growth of business. Winnie brings in strong experience in stakeholder management, change implementation and cross-border human resources from her prior experience working at a number of multinational corporations across IT and financial institutions.

Ronny brings with him over 10 years of experience working in MNC environments in Europe. Over the years, he has cultivated great interpersonal and leadership skill, enabling him to lead and successfully deliver key projects. He is the Country Manager for Singapore, as well as heading the Singapore and Hong Kong Recruitment Teams. With an analytical mind and strong leading personality, Ronny continues to build a successful Singapore team, supporting our growing list of clients and talents.

Patrick is the Recruitment Team Lead at ITCS leading the Hong Kong recruitment team. He started on executive search and IT recruitment in the Financial Services sector across China, India, Japan and Australia. Due to his strong performance and commitment, not only does he have a strong track record in IT recruitment, he has also been fast tracked into the management team of the group within 5 years.

Joey has more than 10 years of experience in Sales and Trading across major financial hubs in Asia. With her in-depth knowledge in the market, she truly connects with clients from Financial Service and Global Corporations. In addition to her many successes in consulting clients, Joey is the driving force for the ITCS group of continuous enhancement of client services and business development in APAC.

Weng has more than 20 years of experience across multiple industries. Prior to joining ITCS, Weng spent most of his career in the American and European tier-one investment banks. With his in-depth domain knowledge, Weng has a strong track record of delivering success to our banking clients on many critical projects, such as Virtualization, Data Centre Management and Operation Automation & Enterprise Solution. In addition to his technical expertise, Weng also leads the IT team in Singapore driving for more efficient project delivery, innovative solutions and client service.
