Singapore Helpdesk / Desktop Support Contract
Our Client from a japanese investment bank is looking for a engineer with experience in supporting users on desktop / mobile devices issues and messaging platforms.
- Solid experience with MS Exchange 2016 platform
- Experience with Mobile Device Management platforms (preferably MobileIron) and iOS mobile devices
- Experience with Veritas Enterprise Vault for Archiving and Journaling
- Support experience on desktop side: Windows 10 & Microsoft Outlook 2016, etc.
- Good hands-on experience in Active Directory and practical knowledge in core service technology such as DNS, GPO, DFS, Certificates, etc
- Power Shell scripting
- Investment Banking experience desirable but not essential.
- Enthusiastic, eager and personable.
- Ability to cope well under pressure.
- Demonstrate an ability to work well as part of a regional/global team, and on their own when required.
