We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join a top-tier investment bank for a 6-month contract.


  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Department and the team
  • Manage bookings, update calendar, meeting schedules, coordinate conference and appointments
  • Answering general enquiries and transferring phone calls in a professional manner
  • Handle ad hoc projects and assignments as required


  • 4-8 years of experience, preferably in investment banking, other industries also welcome
  • Advanced in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, & PowerPoint).
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of reliability, professionalism and discretion
  • Strong team ethic and ability to work independently
  • Outstanding service orientation and proactive problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization abilities
  • Strong detail-orientation and work quality
  • Ability to work under pressure, tight deadlines and to accommodate last-minute changes
  • Positive, flexible and can-do attitude
  • Undergraduate degree strongly preferred
  • Language fluency in English and Cantonese required; fluency in Mandarin will be viewed favorably
