We are looking for Service Desk Analysts to join our Operations team handling service desk support for our client for their users globally.


  • Troubleshoot and support issues related to domain, desktop, application, network, peripheral, connectivity, and other desktop issues
  • Desktops are primarily but not limited to Windows 10 Horizon HVD
  • Provide helpdesk support to end-user through appropriate communication and responsive services
  • Convey troubleshooting steps and information to customers via phone calls and/or email
  • Assist and train users to improve the user experience
  • Document all reported incidents and service requests via ticketing system
  • Technologies may include, but not limited to: Windows 7, Windows 10, Citrix HVD, VMware Horizon HVD, MacOS X, Microsoft Office, Cisco/VOIP telephony, Blackberry, Android, iOS (iPad/iPhone), and ticketing system


  • IT Discipline Diploma or Degree, Professional Certification, or any relevant experience
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and Windows Applications
  • Strong Analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English and customer service oriented
  • Comfortable with different shifts include late night shift environment
  • Banking experience will be highly regarded
  • Candidates with leading experience will be considered for the Team Lead roles
