Job description

Our client is well established International Investment Bank in Singapore and is currently looking for Service Desk Analyst to join their Singapore Operations team handling service desk chat support for the United States.

Job responsibilities

·       Troubleshoot and support issues related to domain, desktop, application, and network

·       Provide helpdesk support to end-user through appropriate communication and responsive services

·       Convey troubleshooting steps and information to customers via chat/instant messenger and/or email

·       Assist and train users to improve the user experience

·       Document all reported incidents and service requests via ticketing system

·       Technologies may include, but not limited to: Windows 7/XP, MacOS X, Microsoft Office, Cisco/VOIP telephony, Blackberry, Android, iOS (iPad/iPhone), and ticketing systems

Job requirements

·        IT Discipline Diploma or Degree, Professional Certification, or any relevant experience

·        Familiar with Microsoft Office and Windows Applications

·        Strong Analytical and troubleshooting skills

·        Excellent communication skills in English and customer service oriented

·        Comfortable with late and night shift environment

·       Training will be provided

·       Location: HarbourFront

·       Working hours: 5 day a week

§  Weekday hours

o   Shift 1 - 20:00 hrs to 05:00 hrs (08:00 pm to 05:00 am)

o   Shift 2 - 21:00 hrs to 06:00 hrs (09:00 pm to 06:00 am)
