Singapore Helpdesk / Desktop Support Permanent
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Training Department, to drive the development of cutting-edge IT Training program. You will work closely with the Head of Training, to conceptualize and develop IT program, thriving in the fast-paced professional services environment.
- To understands our business goals and talent objectives
- Plan and deliver structured IT training program and modules for adult learners
- Develop Tech-Related Material such course outlines, exercises, instructional materials, and self-guided learning tools covering topics
- Organize and deliver hands-on training of technology solutions for various groups
- Presenting and training end users / IT Trainees through group training, one-on-one training sessions, classroom training, remote training, e-learning, multimedia, and floor support
- Managing training event logistics online or otherwise, from start to finish such as coordinating and scheduling all aspects of classes including creating training reports, scheduling conference rooms, and keeping records of training attendance, and coordinating with various departments for the necessary support required for the training
- Building a knowledge library to aid individual learning
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field is preferred)
- Excellent communications skills in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to engage audience and encourage participation during training
- IT skills particularly in IT Support / Trading Floor Support
- Ability to display positive attitude, confident yet diplomatic personality
