In line with our growth and expansion plan, we are looking for passionate IT Talent Acquisition whom is keen to build a career in IT recruitment and you are focused on delivering a quality candidates.
- Provide expert market knowledge and advice to hiring team / account managers and external clients
- Source suitable candidates through networking, advertising and referrals
- Proactively identify and recruit passive candidates, using sourcing strategies, and networking tools.
- Maintain the highest level of candidate networks, take responsibility for candidate care and keep in regular contact with candidates
- Interview candidates on a general basis and for specific roles. Calibrate all interviewed candidates, and make recommendations to hiring managers for interview selection.
- Build relationships with hiring managers and develop a deep understanding of their positions and needs
- Provide counsel to hiring managers during the assessment and evaluation of candidates, act as the primary negotiator and closer of selected candidates,
- Manage the job offer process and negotiate salary packages effectively and professionally
- Ensure a positive client and candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Work as part of a team to maximize commercial opportunities
- Min1 year in IT Recruitment
- CEI certification is highly regarded
- Good communication skills
- Self started and ability to work colloboratively with team members
