In line with our growth and expansion plan, we are looking for passionate IT Talent Acquisition whom is keen to build a career in IT recruitment and you are focused on delivering a quality candidates.

  • Provide expert market knowledge and advice to hiring team / account managers and external clients
  • Source suitable candidates through networking, advertising and referrals
  • Proactively identify and recruit passive candidates, using sourcing strategies, and networking tools.
  • Maintain the highest level of candidate networks, take responsibility for candidate care and keep in regular contact with candidates
  • Interview candidates on a general basis and for specific roles. Calibrate all interviewed candidates, and make recommendations to hiring managers for interview selection.
  • Build relationships with hiring managers and develop a deep understanding of their positions and needs
  • Provide counsel to hiring managers during the assessment and evaluation of candidates, act as the primary negotiator and closer of selected candidates,
  • Manage the job offer process and negotiate salary packages effectively and professionally
  • Ensure a positive client and candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Work as part of a team to maximize commercial opportunities



    • Min1 year in IT Recruitment
    • CEI certification is highly regarded
    • Good communication skills
    • Self started and ability to work colloboratively with team members
