Our client is currently looking for a Trade Floor Support Engineer to join their team in Hong Kong to capitalize the market potential
Responsibilities
- Deliver superior End User Experience and ensure a managed, secure End User
environment - Provide Level 1 to Level 2 desktop infrastructure support to end users / traders
- Provide timely resolution on Bloomberg and Reuters system
- Handle user questions, complaints and problems, tracking, measuring
- Troubleshooting and resolution of the Microsoft Windows desktop environment
- Report and escalate problems in a timely manner
