Overview:

Due to global expansion, we are currently hiring Global Talent Acquisition Head to lead, drive and strategize the group global talent management supporting business goals.

The ideal candidate should have proven track record of success delivering a high volume of hires in an extremely fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and strategize global talent management planning to support business growth
  • Identify strategic hiring requirements and interventions to support company growth
  • Build, lead, and continue to develop a strong team of Talent Acquisition professionals
  • Partner with regional executives in strategic planning for Talent Acquisition - driving alignment, ensuring hiring target achievement, all while maintaining a high caliber of candidate
  • Develop and deploy thoughtful organizational design for the Talent team, as well as key performance indicators (KPI) and associated performance management metrics.
  • Create scalable capacity-planning models for Talent Acquisition to define bandwidth and future TA headcount needs, as well as drive accountability.
  • Consult with HR and Executive leadership in their efforts to create standardized levels, grades, and compensation ranges for the company.
  • Accurately forecast compensation budget ‘burn rates’ based on this information.
  • Drive operational clarity for TA team to be successful - master headcount tracking, requirement prioritization, delegation, reporting structure, leveling, titling, compensation, and budget.
  • Develop succession planning, goal setting and appraisal, leadership development frameworks and drive implementation globally working closely with respective region HR
  • Facilitate key leaders' development dialogue and address needs
  • Highly invested in developing each team members’ unique skills and capabilities for optimal team performance.
  • Create and manage Leadership and Young talent program

Requirements:

  • Degree of master’s degree in HRM or related field
  • 10 years of experience building and leading high-performing talent acquisition teams
  • Skilled leader and people-manager.
  • Well versed with recruiting tools and recruiting process
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • A track record of effectively owning process development, management, and improvement
  • Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders across multiple disciplines to meet aggressive hiring goals
  • Global recruiting experience is highly regarded
