In light of the recent challenges posed by COVID-19, there has been an urgent need for businesses and services to operate online and remotely. As part of the Anti-epidemic Fund released by the government, the Innovation and Technology Commission (ITC) has launched the Distance Business (D-Biz) Programme to help these businesses adopt such IT Solutions.
The D-Biz Programme will provide 100% funding support to qualified enterprises, with up to HKD $300,000 per enterprise. The programme will provide funding for a range of IT Solutions which faciliate for your business to operate online or remotely. These sevices range from - but are not limited to - supporting digital/online payments, Cloud-based systems, enabling virtual meetings and conferences and providing cybersecurity solutions.

All private enterprises (except listed companies, statutory bodies and NGOs funded by the Government), are eligible to apply. Qualified enterprise must have valid Business Registration Certificate with business commenced before 1 January 2020 and have substantive business operation in the related industry at the time of application.
This Programme is open for application from 18 May to 31 October 2020. Approval of your application can take as fast as 10 days.
