DESKTOP SUPPORT – TOP TIER US INVESTMENT BANK


ITCS was appointed as the Deskside Support provider across APAC. ITCS tailored the service from Support Process Drafting, Quality Management, Roster Design to Service Transition Plan. ITCS provided pre-badged and pre-trained engineers to ensure 100% service uptime and meeting the client’s SLA.


DATACENTER BUILD-OUT AND RELOCATION - TOP TEN AMERICAN INVESTMENT BANK


ITCS was engaged to manage the new datacenter build-out, relocation and decommissioning of their existing datacenter. The new datacentre is 15,000 sq. ft. with 1500 servers. ITCS consulting services covered project management, datacentre management, vendor management and engineering support throughout the project.


OFFICE SET-UP - HONG KONG HEDGE FUND


ITCS was appointed to manage the office IT setup including the 6 trade desks. ITCS was responsible for IT design, procurement, project management and implementation. The project was successfully completed in 28 days.


RELOCATION - TOP INVESTMENT BANK TOKYO


ITCS was appointed to lead the Trading Floor Relocation in Tokyo. It was a significant project that included the relocation of 2000+ Employees and a simultaneous Windows migration for 3500 PCs inclusive of 250 Traders (Equities, Fixed Income, IBD). In addition, ITCS was responsible for the Desktop Consolidation Program and Unix workstation retirement.


ASIA-PAC APPLICATION MIGRATION PROJECT MANAGEMENT - UK INVESTMENT BANK


Following an acquisition, our client appointed ITCS to create a Unified Infrastructure across Hong Kong, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo with the program requiring application integration, consolidation and migration. The purpose of the project was to ensure that the underlying application infrastructure conformed to the bank’s standards, and that all components of the application, including security, monitoring, patching, maintenance, back-ups, and deployment, are compliant.


IT PMO REPORTING SERVICES - GLOBAL INVESTMENT BANK


ITCS was appointed to provide IT PMO reporting services as part of an ongoing Managed Service. Following the transition of the regional IT reporting function into the Project Management group, ITCS worked with the management team of the client to assess the processes and structure of the regional reporting processes and responsibilities. New processes were implemented to ensure consistent and transparent views of programmes and projects across the region.


DATA CENTRE SELECTION - INTERNATIONAL LAW FIRM


ITCS was appointed for Data Centre selection. ITCS undertook site visits, performed due diligence on potential Data Centres and carried out contract negotiation on behalf of our client. Upon site selection, ITCS project-managed the Data Centre relocation including the migration, BCP testing and implementation of all servers, storage (EMC), Clusters and network equipment.


SFC IT REGULATORY ADVISORY - HEDGE FUND


As an IT security expert in Financial Technology, ITCS is the preferred IT security partner delivering IT Regulatory Advisory service to different financial institutions. ITCS has provided cybersecurity advisory on SFC IT regulations, and supported their SFC IT audit meetings.


REGIONAL VOICE ONSITE MANAGED SERVICES - GLOBAL INVESTMENT BANK


Our client awarded ITCS the APAC Voice Services onsite support for Level 2 and 3 High touch and remote office support of mission critical Voice Services. These services include ready for business checks, complex desk moves adds plus changes, incident management and change management. Our onsite technicians have been with the client for more than 3 years and covers all the major trading voice, network and back office systems technologies.


REGIONAL ENGINEER DISPATCH SERVICES


ITCS supplies to Global and Regional Helpdesk Providers engineer services across APAC to their clients covering all IT infrastructure requirements. ITCS has ,across the region, a team of highly professional and trained IT engineer, managed from our IT Command Centers, that are called upon to provide skills and service excellence to end clients in multiple sectors.


OFFICE RELOCATION IN JAPAN AND DESKTOP SUPPORT SERVICE – ASSET MANAGER


ITCS program manage and execute the client’s office relocation in Tokyo. ITCS’ engineers prepared all equipment for relocation, removed all legacy cabling from the old office location and successfully set up all technologies for users in the new office. After the relocation project, our engineers continued supporting for the desktop technologies.


IT MANAGED SUPPORT AND CLOUD MIGRATION - SINGAPORE REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT GROUP


ITCS was engaged as IT Support service provider to maintain their IT ITCS was engaged as IT Support service provider to maintain their IT infrastructures and was entrusted to ensure the client has 24/7/365 access to networks. ITCS also helped the client to migrate existing email system to cloud-based office 365 and migrated their existing file server to SharePoint Online.
