Weng is the Head of Information Technology for ITCS Group. He is a seasoned project delivery lead and IT infrastructure engineer with more than 20 years of experience in enterprise IT and software development – covering multiple industries in banking, gaming, education, retail, multimedia, e-commerce retail, and payment sectors.
He has a wealth of project management experience with a solid track record, having successfully delivered global and flagship transformation projects for high-level clients, including tier-one American and European investment banks. As a project manager and service delivery team leader, he has overseen a myriad of complex VDI integrations and collaborative platform implementation for banks and other key clients.
A transformation project specialist, he serves diverse stakeholders while managing hundreds of project contributors to execute complex IT infrastructure projects, such as Virtualization, Data Centre Management and Operation Automation, and Enterprise Solution. Weng now leads the IT department across global offices in driving internal transformation, infrastructure modernization, innovative solutions including AnyWare Cloud Office and Enterprise SaaS Apps, and client services.
