About Edwin

Edwin is the Chief Strategy Officer of ITCS Group, and he is responsible for M&A, Partnerships & Alliances, and New Products – taking ideas from concept to reality.

An experienced strategist, his remit includes governance, negotiating agreements, and readying support models for launching new products as the company continues to scale its business and operations. He has also successfully led the company in a Series B funding round and has been actively involved in the strategic development of the group. He sees connectivity as the biggest challenge in the industry and sees opportunities in reducing inefficiencies with launching and integrating businesses.

Prior to joining ITCS in 2020, Edwin was Head of Asia Treasury and New Business for an American investment firm and has now found his passion and purpose in the entrepreneurial culture of ITCS. He has over 20 years of strategy, planning, and operations experience in US and European Investment Banks, and is a qualified Chartered Accountant of Australia.
